Halloween Treat bag Video

Hey guys! A new video is posted. Today's video is the Halloween Treat Bag I have been making the last week!

I gave Kirsi her treat bag and she had fun with it! We had fun watching her with it too! She had not had a snickers before but she liked it and apparently she is a huge fan of suckers so the dumdum suckers were a huge hit with her as well as the post note holder. She loves journals and things to write in so that was a hit with her also. She was drawing pumpkins and coloring them it was fun! I love that kid she's so freakin' rad! (We love her parents too they are amazing and I have spent 5 out of 7 christmas' with them one we went to florida and one i went to ohio to see my parents but boyfriend went to their house for christmas so we are very close also L hired us when we first moved to michigan at our fast food job we worked for 3 years also she is currently boyfriend manager (he's the assistant manager atm intern manager while she's out on bed rest during the rest of her pregnancy.) We love that family they are amazing!

weekly wrap up with a Pineapple ATC

*WEEKLY WRAP UP*

So, it is FRIDAY! (tho still technically still my Thursday night 

not Friday will i go to bed and wake up again)

Well let's take a look at the last week. 

Monday- Posted a new video on youtube and a blog post about a Halloween Bookmark

Fun and excited to be finally doin' those.

Tuesday- I HIT 75 likes on my artist facebook page!!! HOW EXCITING IS THAT! I was very excited and decided randomly that I would do a giveaway and so far only 3 peopls in the running to win something made by me for them. (ALSO YOU CAN POST HERE AND HAVE A CHANCE TO WIN TOO!)

Wednesday-Thursday morning- posted a blogof an ATC I made in honor of my mother-dearest and her Desert Fox-ness my poppy said she was  (GROSS HAHA)

Thursday and Friday to worn out from working... walked to worked midnight to 8am then walked to the store to work 830am to 5pm SLOWLY walked home had pizza with boyfriend then fell asleep by 7pm got up at 11pm got up and took a cab to work midnight to 8am... well at the moment it's 416am and so still working. lol

This week I plan to make a few more videos. I think my "make it monday" videos will be posted Mondays but here and there I may do one or two to be posted throughout the week. MAYBE even do a weekly wrap up video :O ok maybe not anytime soon but you never know what I will do.

Hope you week was not nearly as busy or tiresome as mine well 12 days and counting til I go to Boston to see Beth and Kevin so excited! Can't wait to have a week with them (they have to work some but still I get to see them bunches and bunches!) Also, Beth is dying to show me some new techniques she's learned in her crafting class (JEALOUS but EXCITED!). So I am sure there will be a few photos and new creations to show you guys stay tuned with me and have a great weekend!!

Desert Fox

Heya guys so todays post has two agendas one showing you today's ATC featurette and then two giving you guys another chance to win. No one seems to be posting :( sad face guess no one wants free crafts/art.

Ok so the featurette today is an ATC I made after talking with my mom and poppy on the fone. So on my profiles and things I say I'm a Southern Bell turned Snow Bunny bc I moved from Florida to Michigan in 2007 well my parents now live in Utah idk they are crazy but as I was talking to them my mom goes we what does that make me and my poppy says a desert fox! We all got a kick out it adn it kept kicking around my head and then I remembered I have this AMAZING little fox stamp (which I have talked about many times the whole reason I bought the Lawn Fawn Into the Woods stamp set) Well then I remembered I have this really cute Stampin up cactus wood mount stamp from 2006 season and I love it but dont think I have used it to much I bought it as a single or in a lot of a hodge podge stamps from ebay. It is copyrighted for 2006 so it's more than likely retired and I am sorry I dont know what set it came in or even if it did bc from time to time they release one or two alone. But I made this ATC in honor of my mother!

halloween bookmark video

Hey guys so today's post is a new video i post on youtube, continuing on the treat bag components, which is leading up to a youtube video of putting it all together. I am very excited to be trying this i have been talking about doing youtube videos and everyone has been very supportive with me doing them (i have some pretty amazing people in my life). So, i failed at posting a blog 3 time a week (as you guys have seen) But i want to try and post a video on Mondays then like a blog post once or twice a week. So hopefully that will work better for me!

Also, on the 19th the second job will close for the season (downfall of the seasonal position and touristy town).

halloween treats : dumdum pumpkins

Hey guys!

So, today's post is a little different then usual! 

Ok! So, I finally did it I made and posted my first youtube video!

WHAT?! 

I know crazy right?!

So, Today I made some dumdum pumpkins these are the lollipops all dressed up as pumpkins for halloween. I am making some treat bags for some friend's kids for Halloween we dont get trick-or-treaters in our neighbor hood. (Thank goodness). We use buy candy for kids but none ever stopped in so we stopped buying it for them (we still buy our candy of course). But Ilove Halloween and making and giving things so I wanted to do a treat bag for our niece CJ but she lives in Florida and by the time I get done making it. It wouldn't be worth mailing for the price of mailing to her from Michigan. Tho I still might but leaning toward not sending anything like that maybe just make her a card and mail it with some money for her to buy when she wants. Money isnt really important when it comes to CJ! (thankfully we only have one niece and no nephews at this time... meaning we can spend more on CJ! which I love to do!!!)

So here is a photo of my project.

The second one i made some improvements and this video got a good review via Ash. So, I am ok with showing you guys lol this one and the next i will tell Beth about it to see what she thinks going slowly with friends and family bc i love them and dont want them to lie to me or be mean lol

*STRAWBERRY*

Hey guys so nothing new my way... work, work, work, little sleep, little time with boyfriend and then some more work lol so nothing new :) I hope everyone is having a good day. I have been working on some Halloween things but haven't gotten to far with any I am doing some treat bags for some friends little girls i was going to do one for my niece but the cost of mailing to Florida wouldn't justify making one and mailing it. :( but anyways so today's post is about strawberries!

So STRAWBERRIES! I was in two different swap-bot swaps for strawberries the same time :) so i made 3 of each one for me and one for each of the partners in the each swap.

I love them both. Simple yet well done and to the point!

I love strawberries... Growing up in Florida we had a lot of farms like orange groves and strawberry fields. There was a big central area called Plant City that was known for strawberries and they have a big festival after the State Fair is at the fair grounds they go to Plant City which is like 20 miles to the Strawberry Festival site. It's a big deal right around harvest time.

birthday card for brother-in-law David

Ok so in high school David was a year a head of me well he use to drive this old VW bus.
