Frog make and take

Hey guys so it has been a long time since i have been to a make and take or a crop... since all my health issues i haven't been making much or doing any planner stuff. But Last night went to a make and take at my local Library. I won't lie I didn't know about until Monday on my lunch date with Mama Rink (Beth's Mom). She had the info and gave me the small fee to get me out of the house ( I have totally become a hermit... not a joke at all!) Also you don't argue with Mama Rink she made me pinky swear to go. So I did of course go i was very nervous but I had a lot of fun. Met a lot great ladies and had a lot fun!

So, I took a picture of the mess I had going during me making the card... theme was Frogs

I haven't made a 5x5 card before so this was new to me. The lady in charge Bonnie was so nice and she had a lot of get supplies for us to use. The examples we beautiful and it was fun to go out of my comfort zone and make a 5x5 card with the dies she had and all the different papers and card stocks.

These is the first card I made I made a second one just like it just with foiled paper for the water and rain drops in stead of the glittered paper. I would have taken a photo but I already mailed sealed the envelop for that one. There was stamps and punches to do a lot kool things for a different card but I really liked how the this one turned out so instead of the other card I just made two of the same. Bonnie said we could make more if we wanted too. I decided two was good and I socialized... A LOT! :) 

I did leave early bc Brian was picking me up to go get food... and by 8 pm I was so hungry so I texted him and left early. I am not sure what the next theme or craft will be but I would like to go again. I requirement everyone to step outside their comfort zone and look into going to different craft nights or get-togethers. Even if you don't talk to anyone you will enjoy seeing what people do with the same products, enjoy using different products and enjoy making something!

Pokemon A2 Card

Hey guys!

SO today I am showing you guys this super cute card i made... I been all about water things, deep sea, open water. It's that time of year when I am thinking all about water and be in one and around water without 4 layers of clothes lol! Hooray for Northern Michigan weather! haha! Well today I am showing an A2 card I made with some water type pokemon which started it all! I so didnt want to send this one i love it so much! But I did! I did receive a SUPER CUTE ONE BACK! So, it totally worked out! 

 Ok so as I said I made this card stardard A2 size. I wanted to do a kinda water color background without getting the water colors out so i used my Spectrum Noirs. Not 100% happy with the front bc i was to heavy handed but i still loved it as a whole with the pokemon on it.. The fotos are yellowy tint to them from the lighting. I'ts white cardstock as a base. I hand wrote the hello. Fron the top there is Finneon, Gorebyss, Goldeen then on the inside of the cars is the evolved form of Finneon, Lumineon. I made it look like a speech bubble to wrote a not to my parter for the swap. It was really fun to make this and I can wait to make some more!

I also decorated the envleop

Halloween Cards and small update

Hey guys!

-UPDATE-
It has been a crazy couple of months and trying to get back into the swing of things. So funny enough not working as much in June and July really made me lazy then in August worked more but not enough but was offered a full time job at a package place, where Canadians mostly have things shipped to us then driver over the international bridge (yes we are literally that close) and pick it up. Well the issue with that was Sept was our big road trip home to Florida to see the fam and meet our new baby niece Stella and nephew Lucas along with my Bestie Ashley's now one year old Carly. OMG so much baby time it was amazing! But our trip was scheduled for Sept 14th to Sept 30th. With this job offer the other guy's last day was like Sept 3rd the timing was bad but after some talking and things. Ev (the other employee) was able to find a temporary employee to work while i was away. I had a small four hour training before i left and we were able to go home and come back by Sept 28th rested on the 29th bc I got totally sick starting on that sat super head cold and then started officially on the 30th for training so on the first i would not just rely on the four hours of training in Sept. So, I started and have been working here like two weeks and it is pretty kool job the customers are super nice too, which as we all know in any customer service job is totally an amazing thing! But hoping this job will be like the motel where i can get some crafting and art in too which so far i have been able too. Speaking of that this whole post is suppose to be about one thing i made and are mailing out today some Halloween Cards this is just one of five classic face designs I made to send out this year.



Ok, so i know that for sure one is going to my nephew Roy bc well let's face it he's a boy and a black kat or witch isnt going to work and sent my nephew Lucas a pumpkin for his card and cant send them the same thing in the same house i have brothers it doesnt work out well when you do that lol

Speaking of this handsome little boys i will post some pictures of some crafting Sara and I did while in Florida for Roy's birthday not sure if i will post any actual photos of them bc i will have to ask Sara for that but got some sweet photos of some sweet Mario themed things we did for it!!

I was inspired by some emails i seen online and these four card turned out super cute! I hope everyone loves them. I only sent out cards to the amazing children in my life and three adults. So not everyone got cards.

dino birthday card

Hey everyone so even with a super busy week at the new job and working at jc penney and quiting the gas station plus all the wifey-household duties. I still managed to get some crafting done... plus a video too! WHATTTTTTT?! 

Ok so here is the super cute card that i made for my sister-in-law Kelley!

So, in this project I used Lawn Fawn's Critters of the Past stamp se. I used white card stock, pink and green paper and some pattered paper for like a cave man vibe. I hope you guys like it! i really hope Kelly-belley likes it and gets a laugh out of it!

Happy Mother's Day

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!

Posted a day early bc of the excitement!

So it's a very special and sad day in my book especially this year

So, this year marks 20 years my grandmother has been gone the lose of her is felt everyday. She passed just before mother's day in 1995. Hardest day of my life to date. 

But it's a special day for it is the day to show some love to the ladies in our lives!
